Loxon @ 11th credit risk management forum

Loxon sponsored the 11th Credit Risk Management Forum. The conference was about better portfolio performance by stronger credit risk management in stringent regulatory environment. The event was organized in Amsterdam between 20th and 21th May.

On the first day Mr. Tamas Erni, the Managing Partner of Loxon talked about the new wave of risk requirements. He mentioned the lessons learnt from AQR, the evolving role of collateral management in the lending book and the integrated management of corporate credit risk origination.

55 students from 28 universities and colleges participated on the Student Management Championship 2015. They all wanted to try themselves as a managing director of a company. Competitors had a harder time than in the previous year because they had to prove their knowledge and creativity during more weeks.

The event was sponsored by Loxon Solutions, FHB Bank and TATA Consultancy Services.

In the finals the teams had to solve a telecommunication simulation problem and in a professional discussion they had to protect their opinion.

In this year the winner is DDD Group form Corvinus University of Budapest.

On Monday and Tuesday (6-7 April) Loxon participated on the 10th Middle East Retail Banking Forum & Expo 2015. The event took place at the impressive Ritz Carlton, Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC).

It discussed the future of Middle Eastern retail banking while identified key opportunities for continuous growth of the industry.
