Careers

Loxon in a nutshell

We are an international nieche player in a class of its own in the area of lending, risk management and collection software solutions.

Loxon customer and reference base extends to banks and financial institutions of 25+ countries in EMEA and ASAP regions. We enable customer success through innovation and professional excellence.

Loxon is a story of people. We believe that people make the difference. Great human qualities can change the game, this is our experience. It is our colleagues who are extending the horizons of the company.

In our culture we trust and respect each other, we value the talent, the innovation, the drive and the performance. It is a culture where we listen to our customers and aim always to deliver value.

In our ‘family’ we have truthful interactions and build meaningful relationships and have a lot of fun.

Life at Loxon

Did you know? In Japan women give chocolates to their husbands and friends on Valentine’s Day. One month later, on White Day, men do the gift-giving, and return the favour.
When we ask our colleagues what they like the most about Loxon, the people and the team are always highlighted. We believe that our teams are a solid foundation for our company, and teamwork is a core value at Loxon.
Brainstorming, exchanging different views, and structured reasoning are essential elements of our agile culture. With these we can continously improve our capacity to adapt to changes and create value.
Although we couldn’t celebrate together in person, we still had our Christmas event online. Following tradition, we gave awards to the employees of the year in categories such as “self-development ninja”, individuals who are always there to help and deliver the highest possible customer value.
Norbi, an eighteen-year-old Siberian Tiger was recently adopted by one of our colleagues, as part of our Advent programme. To get into the Christmas Spirit, we created a virtual Advent Calendar, with a gift hiding behind each window.
